It's been an Uber long search and 1 Epic bank meeting but, I finally got my FTO today.

The Car is:

Mitsubishi FTO GPX MIVEC.
Black.
Triptronic AUTO.
2" Sports Exhaust.
16 Chromes (dunno what they are yet).

The car was priced at $19,900 + ORC's but, I managed to get him down to $19,500 with ORC's already paid for.

I wish I had some pics to show but, I don't have a Digicam sadly :(

My Mate has an FTO. They rock at 150kph around the back streets. I am looking a getting a really well taken care of Lancer but still have not decided. Something with a little more performance would be nice.

It's actually meant for (usually) Japanese cars which have `performance' modifications or additions, which, while making the car appear to have increased performance, are just for show. Examples are the huge rear wings, massive front air dams, wide/low-profile tires, excessivly/uselessly lowered, exhaust tips/Milo cans etc etc. Basically, anything that make the car look faster than it actually is, like putting a $3000 body kit and an exhaust tip on an Excel, doing nothing at all to the drivetrain or suspension, then going and sitting at the lights tapping the throttle at cars that are actually fast, while saying your car is `fully sik mate'. :)

I'm with Rodolphe, slow down around back streets, one of my former neighbour's kid got run over, its not a pretty sight.

Anyone doing something stupid like, say, 150kph around a 50 zone ought to be immediately thrown in jail, or at least shown what could happen... perhaps a few cannonball dints in their 'high performance' ricemobile would unstick their foot from the gas pedal?
