Any news on the next LAN yet? I mean, it is almost Janruary after all. How are you guys going to deal with the possibility that there will be a LOT more players interested this time around? I mean, there were 350 peeps at the finals, plus anyone who read about it in the paper. You could have a massive overflow here guys. Just wondering.

We've been enjoying our Christmas break, and haven't really given too much thought to the next LAN, although I believe initial enquiries have been made in regards to venue.

There should be a meeting later next week, so we should have some more details then.

In regards to player numbers, whoever turns up :) But in reality, I expect it to be far less than the Finals - the Finals were hyped for 6 weeks (and there hadn't been a QGL lan for the previous 3 months). At the moment it looks like January's LAN will be announced 2-3 weeks before the event.

How about some kind of (paid) membership scheme? You know, cheaper LAN entry and stuff like that. Members could get some kind of card, or a pass thingy like at the finals. Maybe members could get an early chance to register? (sweeet)
