Possibly, but probably not. Most beers, even ones with really strong nutty or fruity flavours and aromas are usually still just made from hops, malted grain, water and yeast. Using different strains of yeast, and different species of hops and grain makes flavours vary enormously, combined with different fermentation and conditioning techniques.
