Is anyone still playing this? I just re-installed and signed up for the 10-day free reactivation thing and the server I'm on (Ironclaw) is dead. Is there a better one to be on?

Hah, that's the problem TK - too much WoW and have gotten a little bored of it.

i played it online for a few months and got a couple of high level characters and then it just died in the ass. the game lacks variety, everything you do just turns into a big ass grind for a tiny gain just like wow.

tf2, dow2, cod4/5 is all im playin atm until blizzards next gen s*** comes out

Whats really interesting is one of the Penny Arcade guys has said this game makes millions and is still considered a failure.

it was just poorly made...

aion runs smoother overall with way higher graphics + 200ms in aion feels like 40ms in warhammer.

warhammer was just balls

You know a game is dying when Eve Online attracts more subscribers than it.

I concur, Aion > WAR in every way possible.

All Aion needs is more variety in the lower levels particularly between the two factions.
But otherwise, it owns.

Now waiting for blizzard to also release "flying combat" in their next expansion ZZZZZzzzz.

Well I tried to get back into War but all I've done is waste 1.5Gb of my quota on patching my copy up to the latest release. The only servers with population are the US ones and the lag to them is pretty horrible when doing scenarios.

So now I'm back to waiting on Aion :(

Wifey did buy Harry Potter for the Wii so I might give that a go..
