How come so many 'street fighters' in these videos look so s*** at fighting? Maybe 'street fight' means 'two nancies who can't fight just claw at each other until one cries'. The only kind of fights I've ever been in are the kind where somebody has decided to have a go at me in a party or club and I've had to defend myself. Although this has only happened a few times, I've never had to resort to prancing around, shirt grabbing, swinging my arms around like a girl or hugging the other guy like a homo. I don't claim to be some sort of tough guy or fighter; I avoid conflicts at all cost, but when I see these kinds of fights on the net I wonder WTF they're doing. I understand when you get hit in the head once or twice, it takes some pretty hardcore training to be able to maintain some kind of form, hence why the vast majority of people who do martial arts tend to be s*** in real fight. They get hit, and just kinda go into autopilot and start brawling. Boxers, on the other hand, get trained up in endurance and handling continuous blows.

Is there something to street fighting I'm not quiet getting? Don't get me wrong, I've seen some guys in street fight videos that I wouldn't f*** with if I had 10 mates backing me up, but most of them look pretty s***.

A couple of guys who took on those thugs in the convenience store looked like they knew what they were doing. That guy in the black top was laying a hard smackdown. It looks like he's done a bit of boxing or something before.
