Hahaha. I actually quite like this idea. It's like Russian Roulette, only some skill involved and less personally hazardous. Would be great to play after a few drinks. The source (Gizmodo) If anybody anywhere actually pays money for this app, they need to seriously have their heads examined. For your $1.19 (US$0.99), you get an app that will give a readout from the accelerometer after you throw your iPhone in the air and then try and catch it. Raises an interesting issue - will insurance cover a breakage? The app is approved by Apple, so... |

will insurance cover a breakage? The app is approved by Apple, so... I assume apple will have some sort of use at your own risk clause buried in their T&C's. |
