this company has allegedly colluded with its competition to price gouge other companies, which then pass on the costs to consumers. it is alleged through this arrangement profits for the company was increased.

If you think about it for a second, being deaf has sweet f*** all to do with sentance construction. Its especially retarded that a deaf person should have such a crap grasp of written communication because it is their strongest method of communicating with non-deaf-non-signing peoeple. (unless they have managed to learn to speak as some deaf people do)
