Hired SWBF2 and installed it. All was going well, no problems with instalation. But when launch it, all i get is a black screen. I can hear speech and music but, i cant see a thing. Ive bought the sims 2 on pc on eBay, and now im worried i will have the very same problem. I want 2 no if there is somthing i can do 2 fix the problem. HELP!!!

have you done the usual and installed up2date video card drivers?

um.. im not realy good at the whole computer thingymabob :) do u have any ideas on how i can do that without a price tag

then type dxdiag and copy and paste the system and display tab back here for me

sorry? i go 2 run in the start menu. Is that wat u mean???

oh i think i just found it!!! i typed wat u said into run and it came up with a menu. Next 2 system model it has AWRDACPI! Is that right? ? ?

I am fairly sure if you run windows update now and install optional hardware updates it comes with a reasonably updated video driver.
