Google finds heaps. Anyone had any experence with one or another?

I'd like to have a few ideas before I spend the next 6 weeks with ISS trying to get it installed.

Also an easy one; I have a new project which is completly incompassed by another project.
Rather then having duplicate data in 2 seperate locations I just want a .ini shortcut in Job B's folder point to the Job A folder. I know it's probably stupidly simple, but I have no idea how to do it.

Cheers.

Was hopeing to do it without having to open each drawing idividually.
Just have it print out the Layout Sheet to PDF.

Wouldn't know the first thing about writing a visual basic script either. Which is why I was hoping to just be able to use an existing one.

I find Print Conductor a good free program for printing batch files without having to open them seperately in Auto-Cad.

Just open all the drawings you want printed. Click next and then select output printer adobe pdf.

but how would this program know what ctb file file to use?

what do you do when you have multiply layouts in one drawing?

You have to have Autocad installed to use the program. It uses Autocad's print to print out dwg files without physically opening the entire Autocad.

So as long as you have the right ctb file for the drawing in autocad it will print out the drawing exactly the same.

It will only print out the first page in a drawing that has multiple layouts.

We just started using a good one at work a couple of weeks ago... I forgot what it's called, but I think it had 'blue' in the title. I'll check tomorrow and let you know.
