Well presumably it was being annoying and she wanted it to be quiet/sleep so thought it'd be a smart idea to give mood altering medication to it.

Guess she thought wrong.

The chimpanzee ripped the side mirror off one police vehicle before opening a car door and forcing a cornered officer to shoot the animal several times.

I also liked the bit where the cop took refuge in the car not locking the door failing to realise a trained chimp may just be intelligent enough to operate a door.

the best part is where the chimp survives multiple stab wounds and several gunshot wounds only to wander back to its room and bleed to death

trivia: xanax is highly addictive and is generally not prescribed longer than 3 weeks. It's also the most commonly abused benzo. It was given to american airforce pilots as a 'no go' pill to counter the effects of the 'go pill' a typical amphetamine.

These guys are f***ing scary. This is the second time I read something about chimps going crazy. The last time was about a guy who had his face half eaten off by 2 chimps. The keeper didn't think twice when he run away to get a shotgun because he knew these bastards are extremely strond and the only way to stop them is by pumping several rounds into them.

I get deeply disturbed by seeing chimps dressed up in clothing. I can't watch commercials or movies with it.

A wire service supplies info to radio/TV stations, newspapers, websites and magazines. So basically, they copy-pasted some s*** that one of their wire services wrote (like a quote from an interview), and wrote the rest of the article themselves.
