personally on a friday.. i start out at the down under bar for happy hour $4 basics and tap beer between 4-6 7-9 then head elsewhere when well trashed...

atm my favourite venue has to be the chalk, purely because my girl friend works there and i tend to have a mad time.

in saying that.. im a bar guy.. not a club guy.. i dont venture to the valley enough to know whats worth going to there.

I must admit it's been a long time since i've been into the city or the valley... and quite a while since i've been down the coast.

City;
Port Office still decent? Normanby is ok if you didn't want to bar hop. Exchange might be decent after the referubisment. Unuion Jackswas ok last time I was in the city.
Fridays always had a long line, but cover charge and retard dress/bouncer policies are the lose.

Valley;
Fringe Bar, Press Club, Empire, Family

Coast;
Shooters, Melbers and some other new one my Little brother was talking about

Local;
Apparently Gilhoolies are having a Traffic Light party tonight, if you're into that sort of thing.

Shooters is a f***ing hole don't bother with it. Melbas is a bit dead these days but the hot girls are starting to come back so maybe it will get busier. Flavour of the month on the coast at the moment is Sin City it is usually pretty busy.
