Mate is moving to bris, he's asking where should he move to that isn't any more
than 30 mins to work.

He can afford between $400-$500 rent p/week
Wants to put a kid into co-ed catholic school next year.
Had a parking space at his work.
looking for house/town house.

I thought maybe red hill/lutwyche? (but north side sux traffic wise)

I never said it was a bargain? But it fits his price range and is in the same suburb as his work. So your point is??

It's only a one bedroom but it's really nice inside, really nice complex too.

Unless he's Michael Jackson, he's probably going to need more than 1 bedroom

Yeh, nice unit no doubt, but s*** suburb. I wouldn't live in Spring Hill if you paid me.

Yea, understandable. Personally I don't want to ever live anywhere near the city area. New Farm as other people have said is nice. Not sure about prices though.

I guesss I should add something constructive to the thread..

Uhm, what school does he want to send his kid to? One would assume he'd want to live close to his kids school so it'd make the decision pretty easy?
