The only explanation it gives for the ad is that Cadbury have had a lot of scandals, job cuts, financial problems, and salmonella scares, so they've come out with these entertaining memes, rather than pushing their products.

Heh wonderbra had it's ads removed because they did not ask Phil Collins' permission.

I love these adds, probably more because Im a drummer and phil collins fan, and I guess the ads work because people are talking about cadbury chocolate.

Looks like the guy in the suit can actually play drums too, he keeps the high hats going.

Well I suppose the point of an ad is to get the customer talking about your product. It may be completely irrelevant but I dare say anyone who mentions "that drumming gorilla ad" will also think Cadbury.
