Its been a while since I did tech support. But its something like when you attach a new modem, it takes you to a portal page where you have to put in your user details then it grabs the new mac and associates it with your account.

here only one left 2nd han at work, but its in gold coast, if you like go down to get it or I taken to be couriering to you, its will be extra.
