Valve have revealed some details surrounding their next Team Fortress 2 update dubbed "Heavy Update" which will include seven new maps, a new game mode, new unlockable weapons and new Achievements - all for the game's Heavy class characters.

More detailed err... details for the update will come daily from Valve right here where you'll find out about the new game mode (which will have five Valve-created maps), community-created maps (the first is called cp_steel) and more, as well as a new "Meet the Team" video entrant.

Valve have been issuing amazing support for Team Fortress 2 since its release last year, both internally and externally (through their equal support of the modding community for the game).
