Sure as hell beats the s*** outta my G25 strapped to an ironing board in a lounge chair in front of my 46" tele (well, not so much better than my tele)

Cannot recommend the G25 highly enough, it simply cains.
Has a clutch (although not widely implemented in many games), gearstick is quite solid, can be placed where you want it: eg, either side of the steering wheel (yes america, not everyone drives on the retarded side of the road) and has the option to change from a 6 speed H pattern (reverse is available by compression of the shift to bottom right), to a quickshift gear up/down setting.

Got mine @ umart last October for $330. Prolly under 300 by now I reckon. It's an awesome gadget, totally impressive combo of leather & metal. Very solid also, and they (wheel and seperate H pattern)) 'crimp' to your desk/table or ironing board lol.

Pedal set won't slide around even on carpet. Clutch don't get much use; paddleshift ftw IMO. H pattern best for old skool 4/5 speed V8s, depending on what your playing. For added realism I attached the H pattern to a small table (bout 50cm x 30cm) underneath and to the left of my desk, and wheel in center of desk, infront of keyboard.

g25's are evidently only 260 from umart now !

im loving rfactor with the historic mod (GTL cars). unbeatable realism
and all F1 from 1979, 85 and today
