I've just done re-format. Installed the drivers for my old audigy 2 zs sound card but there's still no software control area for the card in control panel or anything.
Drivers are 5.12.4.1196 (WDM) Anyone know where I can get the control panel thingie for it? I've googled and searched the creative site but it seems they've just deleted any kind of history or support for this card! (it's standard pci not a laptop one) |

Try looking in program files for an application?
I just formatted/reinstalled windows and I found that the creative control panel was no longer in the windows control panel. Have to open it from the list of programs in start menu. |

There is a creative program in the start menu but it's really s*** and doesn't do anything.
What I had before was a full audio control suite which had about 6 different tabs with equaliser and so forth - that's what I'm after. Without it everything sounds like balls. |
