Another PS3 exclusive and another reason to question whether to shell out for Sony's big black box. Developed by Free Radical Design, a team made up of ex-Rare employees who's credentials include Goldeneye, Perfect Dark (N64) and TimeSplitters, have all the FPS know-how needed to pull off a seriously compelling shooter for the PS3. Have they done it here?

I don't understand why everyone hates on this game while games like Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 get average to good scores.

Imo they both suffer from the samey-samey crap that comes with all FPS games these days.

Tried out the demo a few weeks ago and have to say I totally agree, it just feels totally lacking in love. It's a shame really because the story could have been really cool, and the game could have been really fun and looked really really pretty, but instead they made this...

Just does'nt have anything that could make me get his game... but just-in --- for all you racing fans out there the 2008 Nurburgring race "clips" will be previewed over GranTurismo TV { in High-Def of course }... so stay tuned.

My girlfriend brought home a copy of Haze for me from work, and unfortunately, it's true, it really isn't very good. I'm glad that we didn't buy it. There's just not really anything that makes me want to go back and keep playing. The characters are annoying, the level design isn't very good, the graphics are below-par, and the gameplay is pretty repetitive. It's strange to have something so mediocre come out of Free Radical.

Games like Rainbow 6 2 get average score because they are average, this is below average in every aspect except the jump in multiplayer - but theres no point in having a good multiplayer feature if the rest of the game falls flat. Shame too, it looked so good when announced.

I dunno, good multiplayer can be a pretty solid reason to get a game. Almost all the games I buy (not many these days) I'm only interested in the multiplayer component.

Agreed, but when I said 1 aspect I meant just 1 aspect. The drop-in drop-out co-op multiplayer is an interesting feature, but can't save this one from the dust bin.
