its unconfirmed, even with all the warez monkeys playing it and with alot of them finished all have said that that scene isnt in the game.

personally having played the uncensored version prostitution is def cut.
you actually watch the chicks mount you in the car (no nudity though) and they bounce up and down having a jolly time.
there isnt anything else ive seen that hasnt been in any of the other gta's.

The prostitutes weren't cut in GTA3 because of the sex, they were cut because after they were done you could kill them and get your money back and this was considered "sexual violence".

There is no baseball bat scene. It was made up by someone on the whirlpool forums that got taken way to far.

ne1 care to theorise:
purchased gta4 from play-asia, so wont be here for a while.
considering taking eb up on their 7 day free rental (with deposit) offer, but:
1) I assume the install for aus vs us versions would be different (censored content) so you would have to uninstall aus version and install us version when received.
2) thus, would the save you have used from the aus version work on the us version?

You can't really know that until someone has tried it, and that is unlikely
