I'm Sorry if I have already Posted this Question but I'm a Noob and can't find it.

I would like to import games from Hong Kong and was wondering if they would (a) work on my Australian w\Wii ? and (b) would they be in English ?

I know that Hong Kong is under the PAL regional settings, but I am still worried and would be happy to get some helpful answers.
