lets get about 150 nerds from QGL and go do this at a titty bar in the valley, we'll all just stand still and watch for 5 minutes

i've been getting this weird problem in youtube where the videos load and start for like 2 seconds then stop. if i drag to another place in the video it goes for 2 secs again then stops. (the whole video will buffer) any ideas?
