Topic: Wii Fit Priced & Dated In Europe. Australia?

Nintendo has officially dated Wii Fit for April 25 across Europe with a SRP of EUR 89.99 (roughly AUS $145.00). The title, which comes with a fitness peripheral that calculates your centre of balance and then marks key areas of fitness you need to work on, was recently released in Japan where it topped one million sold within its first month alone.

Upon contact, Nintendo of Australia still had no confirmed release date or Aus price tag, but we're never usually too far behind the rest of Europe and it seems a safe bet we'll be seeing this at around AUS $149.00. So hopefully Wii Fit will make its way to Aussie store shelves within the next two months - as soon as Ninty Aus let us know, we'll let you know.

AUD149.00 when it's selling for EUR89.99? Not likely. Higher. Higher...
Price-gouging aside, remember, we're still tied to the US Dollar.

It fixes some bugs and confusion to do with updating the Wii via the Disc channel. Mainly caused by the release of brawl in japan.

Even if EUR $89.99 works out at AUS $145, I guaranty the NOA will hike the price too $199.99

...I'll still buy it

I'm not buying a game for fat people over $60, no matter how popular it is.
