has anyone got one of these?
d-link dns 323 (the one we have has 500gigs in it) if so, does anyone know how to get torrents/other downloads to work on it because i've been looking on google and only found a couple of ways which either require linux code knowledge or didn't work for me |

There's no supported way; it requires some Linux knowledge.
I got a bunch of stuff working, bittorrent, edonkey and web interfaces etc but ultimately found it not very useful if you have a Windows PC that's always on in your house anyway. If you can't suss it out from the various online guides, you're probably better off not messing with it and risking bricking it. |

man up and leave your computer on
I get 80gb a month, I use 80gb+ per month (whatever I can manage after the cap towards the end of the month) like the reviews say for that thing whoop posted, you basically end up with a mini pc so you might as well just leave your pc on c:\ - 40gb (raid1) d:\ - 276gb (raid1) h:\ - 465gb (raid1) i:\ - 465gb (raid1) j:\ - 254gb (raid1) |

teq don't post your disk stats... you'll start a dick waving competition that you can't win :)
[edit] That asus router can be had for $196 on static ice. That's cheaper than a via epia board let alone buying the rest of the bits. last edited by dafugg at 09:39:15 19/Dec/07 |
