I see there are a heap of custom Guitar Hero packs available on the net so I was thinking of getting my PS2 chipped to be able to play them. Has anyone done this and what's the deal with playing the songs. Would everything you need to run the game come with the downloaded image?

My PS2 is chipped (did it a long while ago) and have switched every song in GH2 with a custom song I picked myself. if your downloading a custom "hacked" image with already changed songs then yes it should work with a simple burn. i find it much more fun however to change the songs myself.

I had mine chipped years ago, trying to sell it.
