i experienced the squat toilets when i was overseas. there is no way its healthier.

It is much healthier to squat. The human body isn't built to take a s*** in the seated position, in fact sitting down and squeezing pushes against the intestine wall, as it's all twisted around, causes bowel complications. When you squat the poop chute is straight, and it slides right on out, and you don't even have to wipe your arse as much.

Yeah no joke, my dad is really big on health/diet and I remember reading it some cancer book he had, how the development of the pedestal toilet was one of the biggest causes of bowel cancer around.

anyone got a link to that vid of these asian doods chilling out in a sauna and outside it's snow and wheneva someone sat on a chair on the wall, the wall would fall away and the guy thrown out onto the snow... it was something like that anyway... f***ing hilarious! hope someone has a link :/
