Well the dude on Channel 10 said it was confirmed he wasn't playing - I wasn't sure I heard it right but checked w/ stagrrr and that's how he heard it as well

f*** me larkham should have gone a long time ago. he's past his prime and if they have to nurse him like this just to get him fit to play (WHICH HE ISN'T) he doesn't deserve to be there.

they should have begun preparing barnes or someone else for the world cup a year or two ago.

I can live without HD quite easily, however, the big decider for me is commentators. The world cup commentry team are a bunch of deads***s (on foxtel, havnt watched tens coverage yet)

How does 10 handle it? Do they just use the world cup guys or do they have their own people re-commentating the broadcast?

For super 14 foxtel have the best commentry team for any sport I have ever seen. Those f***ers crack me up and they know how to inject the more academic side of the game in a way that is interesting/worth hearing.

The world cup commentry on foxtel has just been pommy gits doing the only thing they seem to be able to manage - calling the game. Who the f*** needs somone to keep on saying what is going on, on screen... its not f***ing radio. (all they do is say old mate inside pass to some forward oh that was a big tackle...) The super 14 commentry is so awesome because they really dont do that at all. They disect things as play occurs and give you information that you cant get from just watching the game and if that runs out Phill Kearns just tells some ridiculous story about some totally random s***. I remember one game him going on some tangent about kicking his kids asses at ten pin bowling, awesome.

f***ing massive night / weekend on the drink D: expensive one though... prolly close to $1K AUD after tickets / flights / accom & drikning was taken into account... ahh f*** it, was a great day :V
