i think i remember some vid of a guy who did the same thing with dental floss (actually legit though).. see if i can find it..

^^ I remember that video, he tied a pen lid to one end, swallowed it & tied the other end to his tooth or something, I forget how he prevented himself from swallowing it completely. I'd have laughed if the dental floss acted like paper and gave his innards a massive paper cut.
