Im from cairns. can safely say, FNQGL is dead.. and all the equipment etc, is in the hands of the old admins..they got audited and had no paperwork what so ever.. and got shutdown heh. - Hardly any lans up here anymore.. there are a few smaller lans but yeah.. pretty dead up this way.. :/

Ahhh ok i see well yeah if there are any lans comming up soon that you know about or if ya want to organise one let me know i can help out ^.^

sorry fOZwl, used to be a big cairns lanner, then i moved south for uni the beginning of the year, far as i no, there hasn't been a lan in cairns since April 2006, FNQGL lost its incorporated status for not having any tax documentation, so no insurance, and thus no lans, and Jacktar and Asmo who held their own lans at the bayveiw heights comunity center stopped hosting them, and hell even the FNQGL website is down, so i don't think theres even a comunity up there, for status of the webpage, and contact details of one of the old lanners Me3 check this website: http://whoisx.co.uk/fnqgl.com he should have the contacts of all the old lanners.

fnqgl ended up being pretty shonky at the end.. the ppl running the money just treated it like personal funds for friends and family

was such a shame

also when fnqgl started cairns could only get dial up.. with decent internet now no one lans anymore
