So how about that wind... it sounds like the f***ing apocalypse outside. It comes in waves and you can hear s*** getting thrashed about in the distance and it gets louder until suddenly all the trees outside my window look like they are about to bend in half.

I dont think ive experianced such hard wind without a storm of some kind.

news.com.au wheather reckons:

Wind: WSW 28km/h
Gusts: 52km/h

Im afraid to go outside. (its 5AM as well so that might have something to do with it :P)

edit: Wheather station data from around the region - http://www.bom.gov.au/products/IDQ65113.shtml

We have this little sunroom just off the side of the apartment here with a tin roof and glass windows designed to let in as much heat as possible and it sounds like the wind is trying to rip the tin clean off it at times, rattling the crap out of it.

And yes it's farking cold as at this time of morning, why are we awake again?

So I'm guessing planes around the country should be secured to their treadmills to prevent them from taking off unexpectedly?

I tried to go out for a run this morning. I usually do a 2.5km circuit, got about 500m and the chill just sucked the energy out of me. f*** this wind.
