It's come time that Valentine's day is around the corner and I want to by my little lady some perfume. I have NFI what to buy, everytime I go into Myer i get stunk out and piss off.

I was wondering if any of you have a favourite Perfume your lady wears that you like?

I know there's some perfumes that girls wear that make me go f***ing bonkers and want to just lie down on the ground it is so damn nice. Smells sexy as.

yes, i would if i knew the name of it. i go into myer and it all smells the same to me in there, stink as.

Calvin Klein - euphoria for women. ex-gf used to wear it, nicest perfume i've ever smelt.

My gf likes Babydoll .. but you should probably try to sneak around the cupboards and ask friends what perfume you should buy because it's an incredibly personal choice.

^- I'm with the Spook, we buy nothing for Valentines day because it's a s*** holiday that forces people to spend money in between Xmas & Easter just because the shops want it to be so.

Instead, we'll go for a picnic or go have lunch on the beach, etc.

Yeah, the Sarah Jessica Parker "Lovely" perfume is quite nice.

Alessandro Del'Aqua for chicks is also good imo.

Don't get babydoll - smells good at first but with sweat it stinks.

Don't get revlon they're cheap ass.

Don't buy perfume from Myer - look around.. go to Perfume Connection at Indro, it can be up to 50% less expensive.

Get Flower by Kenzo, or get DKNY be delicious (smells like apples).

Perfume will change it's smells depending on who is wearing it.
While the main smell will stay the same, the subtle scents will change. Why not ask the mrs' friends what she likes?

Yeah but some perfumes just aren't suitable for the Australian climate.

The smell of a perfume can apparently vary from person to person (mixes with individual body scent or something) so if you choose one, it's better to test try it for the day and see how u go.

For that reason, it's prolly better to not buy perfume unless your gf has already tried it out.

Thanks for the suggestions fellas hey. She already has With Love by Hilary Duff which is alright, it's good, but just not great. I'll have to have a look at the CK Euphoria and some of the other frequently mentioned ones. Price don't bother me too much - just so long as it has the sex magic smell.

i'd have to agree with the CK - Euphoria call.. I'd nearly wear the stuff myself!

When looking I would definately go to the Perfume Connection, always cheaper and can just be an easier experience > myer.
Also, dont know about the other stores but Perfume Connection in the city on Edward Street are always really helpful and friendly and will take the time to listen and find something for you. And they seem to know their stuff.

there is a place in chermside which is similar to perfume connection, can't remember the name of it though, i've seen some perfumes cheaper in there than in perfume connection.

it's in the new section, basically if you're standing facing the awesome sushi place you turn left and walk around past gloria jeans or whatever that gay coffee place is and it's around there on the other side

it's a take away style one but f***ing hell it's good sushi, s***s on most places i've had it in bris
