Who created the creator? Christians don't realise they are shooting themselves in the foot when they answer 'God created it...'. They are replacing an improbable question with an even more improbable answer.

They then place God in a box and state he exists outside of time/space etc... The fact is, they are making the positive assumption (God exists) so the burden of proof is on them to prove it so.

(Christians use 'you can't disprove my God, therefore he exists!!!' genius logic. Unfortunately the same logic applies to the flying spaghetti monster etc etc).

infi - I recommend you read Richard Dawkins' 'The God Delusion' - an awesome read (and still on the Amazon top 10) with answers to all the standard fare creationism arguments.

It then addresses the evils of religion (all, not just Christianity), morals without God.

Do a search on youtube for 'The Root of All Evil' (2 parts, also by Dawkins) - if this interests you, buy 'The God Delusion'.

Anyone ever seen the Human Body BBC doco? I like the first episode where he (a devout Jew, but also doctor/scientist) goes back to the original place where they think life evolved.

Faith = Believing in something despite how unlikely it may seem.

Science especially Quantum Physics require some degree of faith to believe.. :)

However if you don't believe in Quantum Physics I doubt very much that you'll have scientists knocking on your door trying to brain wash you out of your own personal belief system, nor will you have some rabid fundalmentalist causing destruction and mayham until the entire world has converted to Quantam Physics.

But most of all if you don't believe in Quantum Physics you won't be damned when you die, but if you do you won't be rewarded when you die you'll still just be dead!
