Mines copped a floggin. Although I havent used it in years.
I need to go back cause I'm spending a fortune on gillette dual blades. I tried the mach 3's etc...they are two wide to shave close between my nose, nostril and lip area. Sensor excel twin blade is best for that. But after two shaves the blade is not sharp enough and I cut lots of knicks and cuts. So i'm thinking of going back to my ol electric shaver that gives me painful rashes on my neck. I wish blades weren't so expensive. Just so you know, I have a coarse beard like an arab, although I am not an arab. (not that there is anything wrong with that) (well maybe) |

ah, rv, nothing against ya champ, but the amount of seemingly pointless and random threads you're creating is going to earn you the title of 'kat'
these questions are for irc or msn, not a gaming forum. |

these questions are for irc or msn, not a gaming forum.says you. it's a perfectly fine question to ask other peoples opinion on what to buy. people do it every second day asking what computer parts to buy, etc, or currently there's a "what exhaust?" thread. |

And assuming that a great many forum goers here would be goons there would be great need for some neck beard grooming advice to go around :D.

When I was in Germany I was talking to the dude I travelled with about shaving. He was saying how he uses a Mach 3 blade about 3-4 times before he says it's too dull for him to use. I don't have especially thick facial hair and don't shave regularly at all (maybe once a week tops) but I usually switch blades out like every 4-6 months!! I'd be pissed if I had to spend that much money on blades to keep shaving.
He also pointed me to a discount pharmacy online website thing which had mach 3s for a lot cheaper than you'd buy at coles. I can't remember what it was, I'll ask him and find out. |

I had this old disposable gillette razor that i'd been using for 3 months, worked the charm every time. Then I realised I'd been using it for so long so I threw it away. I haven't had a good shave since. :(

awesome Trog, if you could find out that site would be much appreciated.
I have to actually put blades as a seperate item in my budget to be able to afford them. |

buy a straight razor and shave like a man!
http://www.knifecenter.com/knifecenter/dovo/images/j65web.jpg also, I imagine you'd get a hell of a lot more use out of it, and would get the closest shave possible... just don't sneeze and kill youself. I'd love to use one but I'm scared for the above reason :( |
