Anyone going to the races tomorrow, i expect it to be a pretty big day from what a few people have said but i haven't heard of too many people going so i'm a bit undecided..

Gates open: 10.30am

General Admission: Adults $12, pensioners free

Transport Options

Bus: 300 and 301 depart from Adelaide St, City and stop outside the Main Entrance to Eagle Farm on Racecourse Road

Train: Catch the Doomben line train to Ascot station. The station has direct access to Eagle Farm via the Railway Entrance

Ferry: The CityCat operates down river to Bretts Wharf. It is approximately a 10 minute walk along Racecourse Road to the Main Entrance to Eagle Farm (approx 800m)

I recommend eating the Connoisseur Tiramisu icecream thingies. OMG! These things rock extremely hard although they only sell them in the 470ML tubs. Cafe Grande is still my fav though.
