Considering how pretty this game looks, I don't think my current PC will even make it to the Main Menu.

If by others you mean other and free you mean a standard retail price, then yes
Enemy Territory is free, Hashy.
Where'd this come from?

However, greasy, Enemy Territory: Quake wars, is not free.

Looks like Hashy needs help with the newbs ...
Enemy Territory is free, Hashy.

That's why Hashy said:

as there was only ONE Enemy Territory game and it was free.

I haven't even played ET for more than a few minutes, so I can't talk :)

I played a few seasons of clan ET. Wasn't the cleanest game at first, but the ETpro improvements made the game alot better, and it's really quite a clean game now. Clean flowing movement and shooting style.

The movement has never been quite as fast as RtCW though, which is a bit of a shame - as it's free it killed the superior game - but it's still just fast enough to hold people's interest.

Hoping quakewars has a bit faster movement than ET, but not holding my breath.

All my hopes rest on RtCW 2.

hmm maybe I am thinking RTCW multiplayer and ET... they had a lot in common.

Hell, that is certainly looking sweet in the eye candy department. I love the attention to detail they have done in such things as the 'used' look of the hardware/vehicles and such. dents, chips and bullet marks ect...looking forward to this one.
