hey all,
I'm buying a new computer very shortly and wondering what ram I should get, someone recommended me some 'Twinmos' DDR400 ram. so i guess the real question is, is it any good? Also should i get it in 2*512 sticks for dual channel or a 1 gig stick? cheers. |

Yes it is very good ram. Fast and reliable and cheap.
I would suggest if you have only 2 ram slots then get 1 stick of ram so you have room to put in the extra ram that you will need later but if you have 4 slots like you probably do then get 2 sticks of 512 so you can run them in dual channel. |

^ Dual-channel is seriously over-rated.
