The old Logtech Duo MX Wireless KB and Mouse is startn to get old n play up. Am a fan of the logitech cordless gear for a while but am not worried bout going back to a cord and wouldnt mind a mouse that didnt weigh so much.

Im looking at the logitech g15 kb, whats everyone recommend for the mouse?

cheers

My Explorer V3 is only just on the way out, I'm still trying to decide between a Logitech G5 or a Razer Copperhead.

G5 is good, and dispite what people say it has as many buttons as the 518

The one problem I'd have with the G series mice is if I was left handed (fortunatly I don't). They should release a version for lefties out there.

I've got an MX1000 (no complaints) and have to upgrade the other PC's mouse and I'm being very tempted by the G7.

i love my g5. apparently the g7 is pretty awesome as well, but still prefer cord mice.

I went from a mx700 to a G5. Sure I lost the wireless, but the G5 is so damn good I don't care.

I use it with a G15 too.

I am also tossing up between G5/G7 and the Copperhead.

Anyone know anywhere where it's possible to test the feel of either the G5 or the Copperhead? I tried Harvey Norman - they have just about every mouse Microsoft has ever designed sitting out to play with - but all the Logitechs are still in boxes and no Razers anywhere.

Here is a couple of reviews that people may be interested in -

From reading them they both seam very much the same. I think it is something you definetly just have to try out for yourself to see which one suits you best.
I know of a Q4 clan sponsored by Razor with all the Razor gear and they swear by it all. Obviously biased but they seem genuine when they told me it's the best mice available.

I got the MX3000 combo from umart. Tis awesome. Main reason I'd recommend it over the MX1000 combo is if you don't want your mouse to need a recharge in the middle of a long stint of gaming. It runs on normal AA batteries and hence you can just grab a couple and put em in. The batteries are supposed to last 6 months too.

quoted for truth!
conbine that with an old school bigass rubber/material mousepad, makes for a hardcore game of minesweeper :)
