I run a home network that uses telstra BPA cable. im currently on one of the s***ter computers because thats the only place it works.

the best computer (mine) is will connect to msn messenger and can log into cogs however, when i try to connect to a server, it just sits there, connecting...

also, when i try to use IE it runs so slow that the page cannot be displayed - the only site i can get to load is overclockers forums - but i cant post because it will time out

wtf is going on - it was working this morning, and if it works on the computer im on now - why not on mine?

ive tried rebooting and s*** but that didnt work

anyone got any ideas?

i also have a bpa network thing at home.

and some times, for no particular reason, when my internet is working fine and i want to play cs, i try and join a server and it just goes "connecting.. connecting..." failed after 4 retries.. even tho i can ping the server after i go out of cs again.

its pooned. I also get it if i alt tab out of a server

ive got a BPA network, cept MINE f***ing looses the IP of the internet every few days...making me unplug and plug in the modem, and itll work for another few days....s***s me to tears. Im pretty sure its the dodgy network card, might have to get another one.

I've got a BPA network at home, and mine works flawlessly ... if you take the time to read some guides, you won't have so many issues
