For a 21" flat sony tub sounds good to me. Would want to see it in action to make sure it works OK coz sounds cheap.

Check for scratches and dents as it may have fallen off the back of a truck ;)

Nice buy otherwise.

Well I've got the P1130 which is pretty similar except newer and in a sexier case :) And it's excellent. I use 1600x1200 at 100Hz usually. Clarity and colours are extremely good (duh, it's a Sony!).

You dont really give us enough info here....The price is good the brand is fine. Is there any warranty at all?? Is the place your getting it from a company or an individual?

Online auction (company), but no warrenty... sometimes it's worth taking the risk I think?! For a great price anywayz.

I have had a look around on the net since my original post and found that they and monitors of similar stature retail for anywhere between $1600 - $2200, anyway, I appreciate everyones help and would like to inform you that I have purchased it.

By the way, I LOVE your set up Orbitor!

Very neat man.

Just out of curiosity how much did you pay for your monitor, and what was/is it's condition if second hand?

If its that site where all the Dell demo stock gets sold then I say go for it but that price is cheap even for them. I paid about $500 for a 19" dell Trin off them and thats about the lowest ive seen. It rocks tho :)
