I got a few problemos with my windows XP. Firstly when i login sometimes i dont get a start menu, or when i try to use it, it locks up the start menu and i cant acces everything BUT the start menu..

also soemtimes for apparently no reason at all windows just restarts. i get a BSOD and stuff.

I dont want to format before QGL because i hate installing everything all over again - its a pain in the ass esp on my crap pc......

any help would be appreciated

btw - nothing is overclocked. restarts IMO arent from heat issues

yeah i had heaps of problems like that with my old computer.....so eventually i just f***ed it and went back to win 98 and changed the IRQ Steering options manually and then got a new PC with Win Xp :D

explorer.exe is still there :) unless u mean end explorer then make a new one?
