Yes I tried the classifieds page but can't see anyway to add an item. Is it borked?

Anyway I have a P3/800EB (133fsb) Intel cpu for sale. Slot 1 type cpu , no fan. 12 months old , NEVER overclocked and in perfect condition. $385

price of a slotkey $25

my point being that selling a 12 month old cpu for almost as much as a brand new one is stupid

Well I based my price on the fact that I saw the same cpu for sale at $485 so I figured I would take off $100. I did not do an entire check of all the offered retail prices in Brisbane. Considering that they were like $900 a few months back I still think a sub $400 price is pretty good. Obviously you dont...so dont buy it.

As for new compared to old cpu the thing is still under a 3 year warranty anyway, who keeps a cpu for more than 12 months?

Any sale is negotiable, as is this one, so thanks for your input elbaffeni anyway.

I have done some more checking on a few sites and can see that the price range for this cpu is about $410 - $466 at the moment.

So I reckon 'around' $300 is pretty fair. Anyone who knows my gear will tell you how it is looked after and in perfect cond...just ask trog!

:)what do you think?

And ineffable, seriously, you need to go and see a counsellor or something, and i'm dead serious.

I haven't seen a positive post come out of you for at least 2 months.

Either get a f***ing life or see someone about your morbid depression

I've seen many positive posts come out of ineff. Why, just earlier in another thread he advised me on the advantages of buying quality prime manbeef vs the inferior yet cheaper budget manbeef.

I dont know, maybe this is just my opinion, but I'd say thats a very positive thing indeed!
