Yeah , gotta agree with Trin.. the technics SL1200's are THE BEST decks on the market. Never used the Stanton's but i have heard they are not to bad.
Good luck trying to sell em, i'll stick with my tech's.

Yeah no doubt Technics are the best (although im biased coz I got em) but the other brands aren't that far behind any more, some are technically better (with lots of useless gadgets like BPM meters and digital speed readouts), straight tone-arm for better scratching (like the Vestax) and some have more torque.

But Technics SL1200 is still the industry standard, not bad for a 20 something y.o. turntable. Now all i want for Xmas is one of those awesome Pioneer mixers :D
