Has anyone had a prob with Q3, when I try to play a d/l demo, it just returns to the title with no effect? It seems to work on the Willits demos though.

its probably just the 127/117 version difference

there is a program around that automagically converts 117 demos to 127 when you click on them somewhere

can't remember what its called though

afaik the demo playing thingy in 1.27 is fuggerd

you have to type "/demo blah.dm_48" to get em to work

or theres the easy way :P... make a copy of the demo, rename them so one is blah.dm3 and the other is blah.dm3.dm_48, then you can just play it normally.
