ok.....i boot up q3 and goto mods, try to load ra3 and it goes thru normal loading thing, then goes back to normal quake3.With q3f it loads but the screen goes the green background colour, but nothing else happens, i can quit out eventually. If i use the ra3 desktop thingy it does the same thing..but i can play ra3 on the net, just cant play q3f it goes to a black screen then reboots my comp.
if i load q3 gridiron it works fine

any help would be good =]

oh yer, i tried reinstalling q3f..still does same thing

ra3: get the latest patch
q3f: doesn't support 1.27

load ra3 again. qhen it goes back to the q3 menu dont panic. hit ~, you'll notice its the RA3 console, just connect to a server thru there and you should be right. When do disconnect from the server it'll be the normal RA3 menu. theres a way to fix this but i never bothered to find it.

I had that prob with classic quake 3.
