Diesel powered turbo's do not come in under high powered car as long as they do not also meet any of the other requirements.

If you want to see the cars that are usable under Provisional. Cars with petrol turbo's can have a certificate of exemption if it falls under a moderately powered turbo/supercharger vehicle.

The workload, discipline, sacrifice, abstinence, adherance to stringent routine/s, training, match practise, drills, gym work, media events, obligations and interviews, sponsor obligations, study, travel and diet/nutrition control (caloric control, meal and portion size control and timing, component control etc) controlled sleep times and a whole bunch of other stuff makes what these guys do day in, day out far from easy.
