Hi Guys I'm a real newbie at this site , a mum of a teen gamer and a novice so if I sound stupid its because when it comes to gaming, I pretty much am. I purchased Guitar Hero world Tour for xbox 360 for Christmas and the set up and game play has been relatively simple, HOWEVER...the microphone doesnt seem to attatch to anything. The only thing that has a usb point in which it will fit, is the 360 console itself but we tried that to no avail. The info booklets just tell you to attach the mic but doesnt tell us where. Please help! |

Make sure a controller is active as well. You must have at least one standard controller active for the mic to work.
PS - pics of you if you're hot or gtfo :) |

yeha, The mic attaches to the USB ports on the x360 itself. Whoever is using the Mic needs to use a regular controller to navigate their menu options.

a noob mum was able to figure out the quote tags/button and we've got long time forum users that haven't yet mastered it, now that's funny
y'all should be ashamed of yourselves (you know who you are) |

I wonder how she found this though.
I'm sure if you went to google typed in "Gaming forums xbox360" or even without "Xbox360" we wouldnt be anywhere. Infact... i've tried multiple combos and havn't come across QGL at all? Heh. My mum use to play WinQuake :) Vision servers!!! Yeah yeah haha many years ago. MANY. I've only had a 360 for about 2 months, have spent 12hrs max on it so far, have forza2, left for dead, fight night3, fifa08 and gta4 all games cost me about $120 all up. 360 brand new from eb $150 (with ps2/xbox trade in) think i did well :) they're awesome gaming consoles imho, better than ps3? DONT HURT ME. |
