Anyone want to buy one in perfect (read opened the box then closed the box straight away) condition? I mistakenly bought this one thinking it was the Lycosa with the backlit keys. First one to offer $60 gets it.

Speaking of... I have one, funniest crap ever watching other people attempt to use my PC.
It sucks for password entry though :( I didn't think of that one when purchasing it. Great keyboard though, keys are very nice to the touch. |

Looks like a normal keyboard to me, why does it suck for password entry? Or are the keys all in different orders? I can't really google much since I'm capped at the moment :(

A closer look shows that in fact all the typical letters, numbers, and commands are there. However, they are black like the rest of the keyboard and not easily visible unless you're looking at them up close in a well lit room. This obviously provides a sleek, unique look and experienced typists/gamers won't have a problem. If you are the hunt and peck type though, this could be the source of a lot of frustration. Razer also offers the Arctosa in silver with all letters, numbers, and other symbols plainly visible. Source: http://www.tweaknews.net/reviews/razer_arctosa_keyboard/index3.php |

ahh, the google image I found had the keys all lit up, guess I looked for the wrong one. Wouldn't bother me, I don't look at the keyboard while I type anyway :)

but, what makes it a 'gaming' keyboard? key feel keystroke buffer pretty sure it supports macros too but I have never bothered I just got it cause it looked interesting and only cost $60 compared to the fancy pants back lit keyboards. I have no problems typing regularly without looking, just with passwords if you do make a typo/had fingers on the wrong keys to start you have to get at an angle where you can see the lettering otherwise you'll potentially lock out your account depending on what it is. |

I am a truck driver, so it's hard for me to say where I will be at any given point in time.

Fair enough. Anyone else want it before I make up letter labels and plaster the keyboard with them?
