Needing some help, i've pressed some button and I can't undo where the writing is red and underlined.. i've done crl+u and all that, opened and reclosed, but it still comes up..I'm now getting black lines going down left side of the page...

i can fix this with non 2007 office versions

what do you do in non 07 versions..

turn on track changes (ctrl shift e)
and then select final in the drop down box that appears at the top of the screen

fat fingers mashed too many buttons at same time.

You're looking for Accept All Changes, and can find it under the Accept button on the Review tab of the Ribbon. Turn off Track Changes once you've done it :)
