AGL, down south company i believe.
When i bought my house they sent some s*** to me saying oi doofus sign up or we'll cut off your power lol
so i did
they're all the same, energex is the real power people, AGL, origin and whoever else just do the billing.

just go with whoever's cheapest, they're all the same, your electricity still comes down the same lines and from the same place and is supported by the same people.

Yeah I'm with them by default. But I've had no problems with them.

agl moved to sap last year. plenty of accounts fell out during migration, if you get lucky and they don't send you a bill for 9-12 months they can't send one. fee elec!
i'm on agl and haven't had a bill for 6 months - fingers crossed

Keep away from AGL. Signed up last year and nothing but trouble. Stick with Origin or Integral Energy. The 5% saving is not worth the trouble.

How did they f*** up migrating there data so bad? I suppose there now having to go through restoring alot of backups and then importing that data into SAP?

I've heard a couple of stories about free electricity because of retailer mixups and billing f*** ups. Seems way too common, wonder how they make any money.

I signed up for gas and electricity. A few weeks later I received mail that they could not provide me with either as my provider would not release me from contract. A few months then go by and I start receiving an electricity bill from them and my gas bill from origin.

I’m just pissed that somehow they pushed it through months after they said they could not and now I have to pay two energy companies. Sure it's always been two bills but I was told by them I couldn’t receive either and then a few months later they hook me up with one but not the other.

If I remember right AGL were getting people to sign into contracts. You had to pay fees if you moved, etc. I can't remember if that was them or someone else.
