My housemate and I finally got around to buying a 360. I remember a while back somebody was posting asking for people who bought 360's recently to PM for freebs or something. Who was that, and is the offer still on the table?

Anyway, what games do people recommend for co-op fun? Already planning on getting Rock Band and GOW.

Give it a bit and you can play red ring of death mailing co-op with Microsoft customer support :D. In the meantime nothing better than a bit of gears 2 or COD.

Gears of war 2 was fun, so was soul calibur 4 although im sure there are better fighting games. I like car racing games so picked up forza motorsport 2 as well but I think a new one is coming out.

gears is good for co-op. and Halo 3 is AWESOME for co-op. if you want to play either give me a yell.

co-op? depends on the type of games you like but Fable 2, Rainbow 6 Vegas, Gears of War 1 + 2, Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Castle Crashers on XBLA.

while on topic of xbox's i got a nice little app called connect360 and am streaming stuff from my macbook instead of my dell now!

Not realy for co-op, but get a Katamari game :3

OMG you just reminded me...I did a pee the other day that smelt exactly like movie popcorn....it was kind of weird...I didn't know whether to enjoy it or puke.

I sent my 360 back to Microsoft yesterday :(

I've been thinking of grabbing one when I have some cash. Had Mass Effect on PC but never got close to finishing. You can hook em up to a VGA on a monitor right? (DVI port for PC, VGA for Xbox 360 sorta thing).

you need a vga cable adapter or something but you can definately do it, i use regular pc lcd monitor at home.

Awesome. I know Xbox was hideous difficult to get onto a VGA monitor, but its good that 360 can do it with no sweat.

Btw dom, what do you offer? Discounts or free games or somethin?
