Well if your over 30 you will remember Dale Shearer from state of origin football, seem his Porsche didn't make a round about on the sunshine coast last night and hes in the RBWH with life threatening injuries, this suck as he is an origin legend.

He was probably pissed.

I remember him and I'm early 20's?

The crash happened one year after his wife Delyse's death from cancer.

they said something about the cops saw him speeding earlier in the nite, but couldnt keep up with him and lost him

they actually came from the other direction, and in the second pic you can just make out the sign they've collected getting there.

i have no idea how they managed it though, there weren't any other cars involved and that was the middle of the day.

Driving down to the gold coast today, and saw a brand new hilux burried in the trees on the medium strip. The car was fully submerged into the trees and was barely sticking out. There was a tow truck pulling him out. idiot.

Yesterday on the news they said he was in hospital then 5min later they said he was in hospital and in critical condition - guess they got an update somewhere in that 5min bracket.

Mumbles used to call Rowdy 'The Freak.'
He'd spend most of the season injured due to his spindly frame.
Then when Origin came around he'd go out from the bench and score amazing tries.
